HOW IT WORKS?
1. The recipient can start their story at any time! It's an instant gift!
2. They record their memories by answering thought-provoking questions about their life.
3. Each week we’ll send them a reminder to fill out that week’s memory.
4. Throughout the year they can upload special photos to add to their story.
5. After 52 weeks, you can review their story and submit to print. Their final story will arrive beautifully presented with 60 cards. You will also be able to order additional copies for family members if you wish.

HOW MANY NOTES ARE IN A NOTECUBE STORIES?
You can have up to 60 notes. Each note can have up to 350 characters in size 11(pt) Muli font.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE NOTES?
You/they will be emailed 1 question every week for 1 year (52 weeks). If you fall behind, you have 365 days after the last email is sent to complete your NoteCube Stories.

CAN I ADD PHOTOS?
Yes. You can add up to 8 photos.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO DELIVER MY NOTECUBE ONCE SUBMITTED?
Within Australia: 2-4 business days.
Outside Australia: 10-12 business days.
Express shipping is available at an extra cost.

IS THE INFORMATION WE WRITE ON THE NOTES CONFIDENTIAL?
Absolutely, your notes are incredibly personal and private, we would never use any of the content on the notes without asking for your permission first.

AS THE PERSON WHO PLACED THE ORDER, WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE WHO HAS CONTRIBUTED NOTES?
Yes you sure can - but only you can see the notes that have been written.
