HOW BIG IS A STANDARD NOTECUBE BOX?
W105mm x L105mm x H40mm.

HOW BIG IS A PREMIUM WOOD NOTECUBE BOX?
W130mm x L130mm x H60mm.

HOW MANY NOTES ARE IN A NOTECUBE?
You can have up to 72 notes in a Group NoteCube. Each note can have up to 350 characters in size 11(pt) Muli font.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE NOTES?
You have 365 days before your notes expire. If you're wanting more than a year, just let us know.

CAN I ADD PHOTOS TO MY NOTES?
Yes, you can upload an image to each of your notes (except for the very first note which bears your name instead). We believe photos are there to complement the message. We print them on the same textured card we use for the notes, not on photo paper. Please keep this in mind when submitting your snaps - it's not about the quality - even if they do look awesome anyway ;)

Important: if you add a photo to a note it will replace the 'made with love' text printed on the front. Please submit high quality photos for the best chance of a crisp finish.

IS THEIR A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF NOTES PER NOTECUBE?
There's no minimum, however we recommend more than 20 notes, but that's just for aesthetics.

DO I HAVE TO REACH THE NOTE LIMIT?
No, not at all. You could just write a few notes if you prefer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO DELIVER MY NOTECUBE ONCE SUBMITTED?
Within Australia: 2-4 business days.
Outside Australia: 10-12 business days. (additional COVID delays may apply as per Australia Post website)

IS THE INFORMATION WE WRITE ON THE NOTES CONFIDENTIAL?
Absolutely, your notes are incredibly personal and private, we would never use any of the content on the notes without asking for your permission first.

ARE THE NOTES PRINTED IN THE ORDER THEY'RE WRITTEN?
The first note you write is the note that will be on the top of the stack; the rest of the notes will be in a random order (unless you have emailed us special requests). You can order the notes yourself if the NoteCube is going to you before the receiver gets it :)

AS THE PERSON WHO PLACED THE ORDER, WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE WHO HAS CONTRIBUTED NOTES?
Yes you sure can - but only you can see the notes that have been written.

HOW LONG WILL THEY HAVE ACCESS TO THE MOBILE VERSION OF THEIR NOTECUBE?
They'll have access to the mobile version of their NoteCube for 1 year after purchase.
